This not much important, but "Back to main page" should be a part of the translation too. I think that everybody knows what it means, but it is better to think that a Visitor is an absolute idiot, as I know from my experience writing technical dcumentation. And it would be better to explicitly say, which page it is you are returning to and to have another link to the next (and respectively to the previous) page of the wiki.

I think, "Purpose" is not the right title for the next paragraph, because it doesn't say in any way what is basically does. I would not set any title for it. So I did in German.
