Aus Norganna's AddOns
This page has been messed up.
If you copy and paste the contents of the source of the pages into an external text editor, please make sure it's in UTF-8 compatible mode, or otherwise you will mess up the other foreign characters. At the moment, this page is unreadable for many of the non-latin languages.

Oops, my appologies, that was not what I wanted.
It happened since I used a compare tool (and not an editor). I was checking with Beyond Compare if the changes I made were in the last version, but when I saw it was not I thought to merge them quickly (which is a nice feature of Beyond Compare), but did not think about the consequences for the foreign characters. - Nemelis 06:06, 30 August 2006 (EDT)
Ok, I put back the version before I messed things up, using the internal editor, so the problem should be solved again. Will check if my text editor can handle UTF-8 and else download one (since the page is to large to handle with the internal editor). -Nemelis 06:14, 30 August 2006 (EDT)
If you use Windows, I suggest Notepad++, its fast, lightweight and fully supports UTF-8 -- MentalPower 30 August 2006 à 15:49 (EDT)
I have an editor that says that it supports UTF-8: Textpad. Normally it is my favourite editor, but for UTF-8 it isn't, since I see other differences than I expect when I compare my latest try to merge the Dutch translations I did with Norganna's version. I, ofcourse, only expected the Dutch lines, but I also see a number of lines with ???, so I put Norganna's version back again <sigh>. Will download Notepad++ and try it with that. -- Nemelis 16:10, 30 August 2006 (EDT)
Thanx MentalPower, Notepad++ did the trick (after a false star). Almost gave it up. --Nemelis 16:33, 30 August 2006 (EDT)
<hehe, after a long time found time to do some wiki-work>. Question: it still says in the TODO note that it needs: a) translation work into other languages b) a review for (my) translation into German Are these still true (especially b), since I saw that Luckman made some good German translations? - Nemelis 16:40, 10 November 2007 (EST)
